It is no secret that continued inflation has been a major disruption to the economy. The ripple effect inflation has had on the rising supply chain and labor costs is deeply impacting people and businesses across the globe. Unfortunately, prime42 is no different. To ensure we continue offering the best products and services possible, prime42 will be increasing pricing effective September 1, 2022.
We have fought hard to keep our operations as tight and efficient as possible to keep your costs as low as possible. Many of our suppliers have been raising prices regularly (one has raised their prices 4 times in the last 2 years!). prime42 has been absorbing these increases and/or finding other suppliers that offer comparable products at lower prices. We have not increased any of our pricing since it was initially set three years ago. Many of our prices date back to the Shasta.com rates and haven’t changed in over five years.
In the three years since we purchased the web design, hosting and email from Shasta.com, the average annual inflation rate has been 5.04% with a cumulative increase of 15.90%. prime42 has reached a point where we just can’t continue to absorb another supplier price increase on top of the other increases caused by inflation.
You don’t like us raising prices. We get it. We don’t like raising prices either. Because of that we have put forth quite a bit of effort in analyzing our prices, our increased expenses, and the pricing of other businesses in our industry to find the right pricing levels. In the end, we believe we found the right balance with our new pricing to allow us to continue provide the high quality service you have come to expect from prime42 well into the future.

| 5-9 Addresses: | $6.50/month ($78/year) each |
| 10-24 Addresses: | $6.00/month ($72/year) each |
| 25-49 Addresses: | $5.50/month ($66/year) each |
| 50-74 Addresses: | $5.00/month ($60/year) each |
| 75+ Addresses: | $4.00/month ($48/year) each |
Domain name purchases and renewals will stay unchanged at $22.00 each. Clients with dedicated servers, marketing plans or other specialty services will not see any changes in their monthly fees at this time.
